Recently, I happened to see a SaaS project, and its development strategy really surprised me. Typically, most people start with an agency and then build SaaS software projects based on user needs. However, this project does just the opposite. It first carefully built a SaaS project, and then relied on this software to "nourish" and create an agency.
This SaaS project has unique and practical features and is mainly targeted at social media platforms. It uses large-scale artificial intelligence models to help users generate highly personalized private messages and then send them in batches. Not only that, users can also submit their websites to the project, and the project will conduct a detailed analysis of the website content to help users accurately determine the target users (ICP). On this basis, it will register many accounts on social media platforms and obtain sales leads by sending private messages.
The great thing about it is that it provides users with flexible operation methods. Users can choose to complete relevant operations through the software themselves, or seek help from their agencies. For example, it helped a public relations (PR) company launch a project and register 120 accounts. After sending a set of private messages, it successfully helped users identify 160 phone calls, and ultimately contributed sales of up to 128,000 yuan, which is an amazing achievement. Moreover, the project currently has 350 paying users, with each user paying 100 yuan per month. From a business perspective, the trends are good.
Of course, this project isn't perfect. What we need to pay special attention to is that in some areas, its operating model seems to be non-compliant. This requires further confirmation and verification.
Here, I also hope that readers can express their opinions on this interesting project. Do you think this development strategy is worth learning from? Or do you have any unique insights into its compliance issues? Everyone is welcome to leave a message and share in the comment area, and I hope you can share this article to let more people know about this unique SaaS project.
